In 2012, Oriano Galloni embarked on an international public art project entitled "White Forest." His project symbolizes a powerful force that guards humanity, unifies peoples and protects our planet. An unlimited number of towering 'White Trees' - placed strategically in key points around the globe - stand for connection in a disconnected world. These giant 'transmitters' - each sculpted from local materials to represent a multiplicity of cultures and diversity of peoples - convey one body though the totality of their soaring, human forms.
